We recently used Reliant Windows to supply and fit all of our kitchen windows and a french window for our living room. Wow! This company is an unbelievable company. Their values take me back to the old-fashioned service that we all used to experience from most companies in years gone by. We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience - every point of contact we had with them was outstanding. We cannot praise them enough.

My first introduction to them was with someone from their office calling me to arrange an appointment with us, after I completed an online form. This call was brilliant and certainly gave me a good impression of the company. A time and date was set for a visit by a sales rep.

Glen duly arrived at the appointed time. He took the time to discuss our needs without any pressure, helping us choose the right products. Glen took our order and indicated what the next steps would be, including the visit of a surveyor and the approximate time for fitting.

The installation team (sorry guys but I have forgotten your names) arrived exactly on time and were with us for a day and a half. They were polite, professional, hard working, and friendly. They took pride in everything they did and the quality and attention to detail was second to none. They left our house spotless.

Our house has been transformed.- The windows and doors look fantastic and are certainly eye-catching. I have previously worked with a handful of double glazing companies in the past and I can attest to the outstanding quality of the double glazing supplied by Reliant Windows.They are simply superb.

A week or two after the installation Tony came and brought our guarantee with him. He inspected the whole job and asked us if we were happy.

Well all I can say is that Reliant Windows is a wonderful company.Their commitment to customer satisfaction is clear to see, and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Windows and doors were what we wanted, done perfectly. Gentlemen who fit them were very polite and efficient I cannot fault them in any way. Have recommended them to others.

Absolutely Perfect company from start to finish ..discussions with the sales rep at Alcester.. to a home visit to discuss our requirements and measurements, (literally the whole house re done) …to the surveyor and finally the installation… all lovely people, polite, tidy workers and overall 100% fantastic …. Just had windows and porch fitted by Reliant and the Two fitters Nick & Bill have done a fantastic job, Normally I find something to moan about but not in this instance. Excellent job fellas thank you so much.

We have to praise Reliant Windows for their workmanship and professionalism throughout the whole of the work undertaken at our house. The guys who fitted our new conservatory windows and roof were incredibly hard workers and completed the work within the timescales that we were promised. The office personnel were nothing but professional and helpful from the outset and kept us fully informed of deliveries, etc. We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to make alterations to their properties. We recently upgraded our polycarbonate conservatory roof to a fully insulated tiled and plastered roof. Reliant were brilliant from start to finish. This is our 3rd times using Reliant as we know we will get a top job done. The guys who fitted the roof, the plasterers and electrician were professional, polite and very hard working. Also Janine kept us fully informed of start dates and when work would be completed. I would like to add that unlike their competitors the sales representative was not pushy and we never felt pressured to purchase Overall I would definitely recommend.

A great local company to deal with, top people and products celebrating a fantastic 40 years in business this year. Would highly recommend!

From ordering to installing our conservatory we had a great service from Reliant. Staff knowledgable, hard working, on time and tidy. More than happy with the finished product.
